Sitting with the most vulnerable, messy, uncomfortable, authentic, emotional, beautiful and creative parts of ourselves is not easy, in fact it’s so hard that most people avoid it but by leaning into it and not running away, life becomes richer than we can ever imagine. 

 

With Fe I have created tools to help bring a sense of wonder and a warm hug to these moments. 

 

Think of Fe as feminine qi - the energy that we need to balance out the continuous doing in our lives.
